Policy & Cancellation

Clear, fair, and professional terms to protect both parties

At Mintplus we design engagements to be collaborative and outcome-driven. If you need to cancel a project or pause services, we apply transparent, stage-based terms to protect both parties and preserve continuity.

To cancel an active engagement, provide written notice to your account lead or support@Mintplus.ai. Notice should include the project name and effective cancellation date. Standard notice period is 14 days for ongoing retainers and 30 days for fixed-scope projects longer than 90 days.

For cancellations effective before project milestones are met, clients are responsible for work completed and non-recoverable third-party costs incurred through the effective cancellation date. Deliverables completed and approved prior to cancellation will be provided in final form.

Mintplus guarantees professional, commercially reasonable efforts to meet agreed objectives. If deliverables fail to meet the acceptance criteria specified in the statement of work, we will remediate at no additional charge within the agreed revision window.

Upon cancellation, Mintplus will, where practical, provide a transition plan to hand off active work to your team or a third party. Transition assistance may be included in the final invoice or provided as a short, paid engagement to ensure continuity.
